3.1 Process for developing an Agency Office Accommodation Plan (AOAP)
The process of developing an AOAP involves:
- accommodation-needs analysis
- assessment of existing office accommodation
- identifying opportunities, timeframes and optimum outcomes
- producing the AOAP.
