Registrations are open for the 2026–27 Queensland public sector leadership development masterclass series.
The series is designed for executive leaders, senior officers and aspiring senior leaders at AO8 level and above. It includes 12 masterclasses and 3 habit activation labs delivered over 6 months.
You can join sessions online through Microsoft Teams or attend the in-person session at 1 William Street. Each masterclass runs from 10 am to 11.30 am.
The Public Sector Commission offers the series with the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG) and the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI). ANZSOG delivers its sessions on behalf of the Chief Executive Leadership Board.

Learn how to identify emerging challenges, test new responses and maintain public trust during change.

Explore the three parts of the Leadership G.P.A. framework: growth mindset, psychological safety and accountability. Learn habits that support team performance, agility and trust.

Learn how to use evidence-based stories to build trust, improve understanding and support decisions without using spin.

Use practical techniques to build trust, manage difficult conversations and communicate with a clear purpose.

People who attend both NeuroLeadership Institute masterclasses in November and February can express interest in a 90-minute habit activation lab. The lab will help participants apply the Leadership G.P.A. principles to workplace challenges.
