This masterclass provides practical, evidence-based strategies to help leaders and employees communicate clearly, confidently and respectfully.
Participants will learn how to build empathy and reduce social threats in conversations using genuine curiosity, high-quality listening, and the SCARF® model. Leaders will also learn to create clarity through the Speak With Intent™ framework to communicate succinctly, specifically, and generously, strengthen understanding, and use storytelling effectively.
The program concludes with methods for shaping positive outcomes by applying Choose Your Focus™ framework and positive SCARF® signals. Participants can use these approaches to effectively manage conflict and challenging conversations, foster trust, and achieve positive outcomes through purposeful, trust-based communication.
