Senior public servants are professionally sceptical of anything that sounds like inspirational fluff, and many have sat through a session that gave them permission to tell more stories without giving them a technique.

This ANZSOG masterclass will give senior public servants a technique, an evidence base they can defend, and a boundary line for where storytelling becomes spin.

The session treats storytelling not as charisma or performance, but as a learnable executive capability with a method. That framing matters for this audience.

Led by Bruce Armstrong, internationally recognised leadership expert and former Deputy Secretary in the Victorian public sector.
