Leading reform while sustaining performance and service delivery

Tuesday 18 August 2026 from 2.00 – 3.30pm

Hear practical insights from senior executive women leading complex reform in real time, including how they maintain momentum, support their people and keep services delivering for Queenslanders.

Join the Executive Women’s Network (EWN) for an engaging discussion on how two senior executive women are leading reform while sustaining performance and service delivery. The conversation will explore the practical choices, leadership behaviours and trade-offs required to deliver change without losing focus on day-to-day outcomes.

The session will include a panel discussion, interactive Q&A and networking with senior colleagues from across the sector. It is an opportunity to share perspectives, build connections and consider how inclusive leadership can support reform, performance and service delivery.

Our moderator
