People from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
Representation of employees from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds has continued to improve over time, although representation declines at more senior leadership levels.
Survey data indicates positive levels of engagement for employees who speak a language other than English at home, and perceptions of feeling safe, respected and included are higher for this cohort than for those who speak English at home.

Culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) respondents who speak a language other than English at home are more positive than colleagues who speak English at home about whether they have an equal opportunity to succeed in the workforce.
