About this service
The Teams Calling Add-on is a free optional service for CITEC Microsoft 365 users, adding phone system features to enhance Microsoft Teams' voice capabilities.
Benefits of this service
Optional no-fee telephone service that can be added to an existing CITEC M365 tenant administration and support service.
Service provides:
- Enhanced voice capability to Microsoft Teams.
- Inbound and outbound calling capability.
- Resilient SIP/PSTN direct routing services from a carrier grade network.
- Call analysis and reporting.
Who can use this service
The following eligible agencies and related bodies can access this service:
- Queensland Government agencies
- statutory bodies
- local government
- government owned corporations.
