Specialist services working group: BCM procurement

The specialist services working group (SSWG) was formed to understand existing practice in the procurement of specialist services, then to drive improvements and uptake by all Queensland Government agencies involved.

Outcomes

The SSWG leads initiatives to implement, communicate and drive the adoption of a strategic approach to procurement for the specialist services category.

Meeting frequency

Working group members are currently implementing approved initiatives in the sub-category plan. Working group meetings continue to be held as required.
