How can I close off old jobs from years ago in my Springboard account?

If the status of a job is approved and you would like to remove it from your Springboard account, please contact us.

How can I reopen a job?

1. Login to Springboard.
2. Go to My Dashboard.
3. Select My Jobs.
4. Select  Approved.
5. View vacancies with the approved status.
6. If an appointment form is submitted against a candidate and that is processed by QSS Recruitment, the status will change to Filled. You will have access to the vacancy for 12 months, however it will no longer appear under   Approved jobs.
7. From the left-hand menu, select Jobs then My Jobs. This will show all vacancies regardless of the status (Approved, Filled or Closed.)
