Find a building construction specialist or contractor

To engage a building construction specialist or contractor, you’ll need to identify and define requirements, then estimate the cost of the work.

1. Check for agency arrangements, procedures and thresholds

If your own agency has arrangements, procedures and thresholds in place, you’ll need to follow them.

Ask your agency contact what you need to consider.

Remember to check the contract for procurement rules on using suppliers on the existing agreement.
