Check for agency arrangements, procedures and thresholds

If your own agency has arrangements, procedures and thresholds in place, you'll need to follow them.

Ask your agency contact what you need to consider.

You can search for SOAs on the Queensland Government Arrangements Directory.

Remember to check the contract for procurement rules on using suppliers on the existing agreement.

If your agency doesn't already have arrangements in place, you may use Queensland Government prequalification services to engage:

You are required to login to search the Prequalification (PQC) System for the required specialist if the work is valued $60,000 or more, or has a risk rating of 3 or 4.
