| Severity category | Description |
|---|---|
| Critical | Must fix issues that make the website or app unusable for some users with disabilities. If not fixed, some users won't be able to use the website or app at all. |
| High | Website or app is very difficult to use for some users. |
| Medium | Website or app is inconvenient but not impossible to use, hard to complete tasks and likely to be confusing. |
| Low | Website or app is mostly usable, but these issues result in some inconvenience. It's not impossible or significantly harder to use, complete tasks and understand, but users are likely to experience frustration, and it will not be completely easy to use or meet the WCAG standards. These need to be fixed but are not urgent. |
