Corporate Administration Agency

The Corporate Administration Agency (CAA) is a Queensland Government agency providing specialist shared corporate services to other small to medium government agencies. We are a fee for service business unit reporting through the Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy.

CAA provides statutory authorities and small government agencies access to the latest news and views on contemporary issues. Our strong customer base ensures cost benefits to all customers and focuses on continuous improvement, putting our customers and people first.

What we do

With more than 20 years of experience as a shared services provider for Queensland Government agencies, CAA delivers specialist corporate services to more than 28 customers. Our service coverage includes Human Resources, Information Management, Financial Management, Procurement and Internal Audit.

We assist agencies in reducing their risk through awareness of compliance obligations, e.g. in relation to State Purchasing, Accounting Standards, Queensland Treasury guidelines and policies, and industrial relations laws. CAA’s outstanding reputation for reliability and sound advice is based on up to the minute knowledge of government, governance and compliance issues.
