Who we are
Queensland Shared Services (QSS) is a shared service provider in the Queensland Government. We provide finance, procurement, human resource management, telecommunications and mail support services to more than 70,000 public servants across 25 Queensland Government departments and agencies. We are also responsible for the management and support of the majority of the sector’s finance and human resource systems and processes.
Queensland Shared Services is part of the Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW).
