When to use a QSS Self Service Centre form

Most services have forms available in SAP, Aurion Employee Self Service (ESS) or Springboard. Only use a QSS Self Service Centre form if a form is unavailable in these systems.

You can use the Search field on the home page to search for a form (e.g. type ‘higher duties’). You can also select the Forms tile and navigate through the service categories (e.g. select ‘human resources’ in the category menu).

When to use the Submit a request form

Use the Submit a request form if a QSS service does not have a system or online form.

When to use the Contact us form

Use the Contact us form if you need ask for help or report an issue with a QSS service or system.

How to contact us about an existing request

Find existing requests under My requests in the SSC. If you have a question or need to provide more information, submit this via the activity feed. It’s simple and keeps all communications connected to the request.
