As part of the Queensland Public Sector Development Series for 2023, the Public Service Commission is pleased to once again partner with the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI) to offer an exciting series of neuroscience-based leadership development masterclasses.
Throughout this masterclass, participants will explore:
- the neuroscience of cultural change and how this aligns to system dynamics and change
- key concepts around behaviour change at scale – priorities, habits, systems
- how system change can help, and hinder habits needed to drive culture change.
