Procurement and contract management eLearning courses

Skills2Procure offers a range of procurement and contract management eLearning courses.

Employees involved in purchasing, procurement or contract management need to understand their basic procurement obligations and the Queensland Government’s procurement approach to meet their responsibilities in practice.

Agencies can request access to these free e-learning courses to support employees to build this understanding and apply these procurement requirements in practice.

How to access

Queensland Government employees should first search their agency’s internal Learning Management System (LMS) for these courses.
If the courses are not available in your agency’s LMS, contact your agency’s learning or capability team. They can liaise with Skills2Procure about accessing these courses for your agency.

Agency learning, LMS or IT administrators can email Skills2Procure at skills2procure@hpw.qld.gov.au to request the SCORM files needed to make these courses available through their agency’s LMS.

Procurement Certification Program Level 1 (Fundamentals)

Employees who want to build on the introductory free eLearning courses can complete the Procurement Certification Program (PCP) Level 1 (Fundamentals).

This is a low-cost, online course that provides foundation skills in procurement with certification as a PCP Level 1 practitioner on completion.
