Procurement and contract management eLearning courses
Skills2Procure offers a range of procurement and contract management eLearning courses.
Employees new to purchasing or procurement must undertake training regarding basic procurement obligations and awareness of the Queensland Government’s procurement approach.
Agencies can request access to these free e-learning courses to ensure employees fulfill this requirement.
Free eLearning courses
These short eLearning courses provide all staff access to awareness or foundation skills training:
- Introduction to Procurement
- Introduction to Contract Management
- Introduction to Social Procurement.
How to access
Queensland Government employees should first search their agency’s internal Learning Management System (LMS) for these courses. If the courses are not available via LMS:
Queensland Government employee access: You may request a PDF version of the courses for individual learning.
LMS/IT Administrators: To integrate the courses into your agency’s LMS, you may request the SCORM files by contacting the Skills2Procure team, who will work with you to implement these.

Procurement Certification Program Level 1 (Fundamentals)
The Procurement Certification Program (PCP) Level 1 (Fundamentals) is a low-cost, online course. It offers foundation skills in procurement with certification as a PCP Level 1 practitioner on completion.
