Complete the People matters leadership programs to gain practical skills and confidence in managing people, performance and change in the workplace.

Build skills and confidence to effectively manage people, performance and change in the workplace. Understand your personal leadership style and team dynamics to improve workplace engagement and productivity.

Programs can be completed online or in-person.

Course details

If you attend in-person, the program includes pre-work, 3 full days of facilitated workshops and a workplace practice activity.

If you participate virtually, the program includes pre-work and 6 x 2.5-hour facilitated sessions across 3 days.

Agencies can request an in-house program for up to 20 participants without a tender process. A new Standing Offer Arrangement will be advised as soon as possible.

Build skills and confidence to manage employee performance conversations and create a positive performance team culture. Understand your role in legislative requirements to proactively manage performance.
