Service assurance

CITEC maintains an assurance program which includes independent external assessments to ensure governance, oversight and assurance across ICT services, technology, information and processes.

It supports the identification, assessment and management of ICT risks, while providing confidence that appropriate controls, policies and compliance requirements are in place and operating effectively.
