Workload management

The Queensland Government is committed to working with employees to improve the health, safety and wellbeing of all our people – creating work environments and practices that help our people live productive working lives.

Workload management guides have been developed under the State Government Departments’ Certified Agreement 2009 to assist managers and employees design work practices that promote wellbeing, work-life balance and prevent harm.

The guides can also be used to build capability and improve outcomes and performance.
