Working for Queensland survey

The Working for Queensland survey (WfQ survey) is an annual survey which measures Queensland public sector employee perceptions of their work, manager, team, and organisation.

Results:

  • drive positive workplace change across the Queensland public service
  • measure how we are progressing towards our goals and the integration of our public service values.

The survey explores employee perceptions of our workplace climate:

  • employee engagement
  • job satisfaction
  • leadership within the public service.

The 2020 survey will run from 1 to 21 September 2020.
