The Working for Queensland survey (WfQ survey) is an annual survey which measures Queensland public sector employee perceptions of their work, manager, team, and organisation.

- measure how we are progressing towards our goals and the integration of our public service values.
The survey explores employee perceptions of our workplace climate:
- employee engagement
- job satisfaction
- leadership within the public service.
The 2020 survey ran from 2 to 28 September 2020.
