Working for Queensland survey

The annual Working for Queensland survey is an opportunity for employees to confidentially share their opinions and experiences of working in the public sector.

It supports organisations to drive positive workplace change, create positive and respectful workplace environments, and enables employees to thrive and deliver to the Queensland community.

The survey aligns with our public service values and the Government’s commitment to providing better outcomes for Queenslanders through accountability, transparency and performance.

In-depth analysis of Working for Queensland survey data also informs the annual State of the Sector report, which provides an overview of our progress and successes, and the challenges we're focusing on to deliver for the communities we serve.

2026 survey

The 2026 survey will be conducted for four weeks from 31 August.
