2014 Working for Queensland survey results

Overall results indicate:

  • employees are more positive about their jobs and their workplaces compared to the 2013 survey
  • employees feel more engaged and satisfied with their jobs, and are willing to put in the extra effort to get the job done
  • employees have a higher level of engagement with their organisation and feel more satisfied with their job
  • organisational leadership has a strong influence on how engaged employees feel with their organisation
  • workload and health, workplace fairness and organisational trust are areas for improvement.
