Community of practice for ethical behaviour

The Community of Practice for Ethical Behaviour (CoPEB) connects human resource professionals, industrial relations professionals and officers from ethical standard units across the Queensland Government to learn and share best practice approaches.

CoPEB meets quarterly and sends regular e-newsletters to members with information on key or emerging ethical issues and best practice approaches.

CoPEB membership is open to participants in the Queensland public sector who are working as human resource professionals, industrial relations professionals or officers from ethics and integrity units.

Outcomes

Members of CoPEB work together to share problems and build solutions to ethics issues arising in ethics and human resources practice, help build capability across agencies to manage conduct, performance and ethics, and equip attendees to influence their agency on ethical decision and good decision-making in ethics and the code of conduct in their agencies.
