It covers records created by:
- Department of Education
- Department of Employment, Small Business and Training
- Early Childhood Education and Care
- Grammar schools
- Non-State Schools Accreditation Board
- Office of the Training Ombudsman
- State schools
- TAFE Queensland
It excludes the coverage of Queensland university records.
