- answer your customers’ calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- assess your customers’ needs and transfer them directly to the appropriate area for support
- provide monthly reports on call volumes, average call length, and where calls are transferred.
13 QGOV support service
Use our 13 QGOV support service to provide your customers with services and support. We can:
- provide short-term assistance to help when you are or will be receiving higher than normal call volumes.
- provide service packages to help with simple tasks such as supplying information, receiving payments and bookings
- provide service packages to help with more complex tasks.
We’ll work with your agency’s subject matter experts to prepare tailored service delivery content and training materials. Our customer service advisors will use these materials to deliver your services and support. How much does it cost?
We charge a per-second rate for service which is based on the time of day and whether it is a weekend or public holiday.
