If an unauthorised or fraudulent transaction appears on your statement, complete the CBA Customer Investigation Request for Disputed Corporate Card Transactions (PDF, 311 KB) and email it to the QSS Corporate Card Unit at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Go to your agency’s version of ProMaster and select ‘Activate User Account’ on the login screen. Your pre-MoG email address is your UserID. For help with your access, submit a request through the QSS Self Service Centre.
You no longer need to submit a form to QSS for internet and phone purchases. Any forms previously used for this purpose don't meet Payment Card Industry compliance. If you have any versions of these forms saved on your intranet, desktop or network drive, please remove it.
The file types that can be attached to a ProMaster transaction are pdf, gif, jpeg, bmp, png, tif, pgf and txt.
