The Department of Justice Human Rights Unit is delivering a one-hour 101 session designed for public sector employees who are new to working with the Human Rights Act 2019 or need a refresher on the basics. The webinar will address:

• the history of the Act
• the obligations of public sector employees under the Act
• how to assess whether a work decision, act or policy is compatible with human rights.
