Conduct and performance data
See the latest Queensland Government conduct and performance data. We publish this annually as part of our commitment to being transparent and accountable, and to adhere to Section 88N of the Public Service Act 2008.
The data comprises the number of employees assessed and managed for unsatisfactory conduct or performance through the CaPE case categorisation framework. It identifies the severity of the matter (category), the timeframe taken to address the matter, and the outcome.
We do not include data on uniformed police officers. Police disciplinary matters are dealt with internally or are referred to the Crime and Corruption Commission.
We only include data on government employees covered under the Public Service Act 2008.
