Conduct and performance data
See the latest Queensland Government conduct and performance data. We publish this annually as part of our commitment to being transparent and accountable, and to adhere to section 128 of the Public Sector Act 2022.
The data comprises the number of employees assessed and managed for unsatisfactory conduct or performance through the CaPE case categorisation framework. It identifies the severity of the matter (category), the timeframe taken to address the matter, and the outcome.
We do not include data on uniformed police officers. Police disciplinary matters are dealt with internally or are referred to the Crime and Corruption Commission.
We only include data on public service entities as outlined in the Public Sector Act 2022.
