Queensland Government Procurement Assurance Portal: User access

The Queensland Government Procurement (QGP) Assurance Portal (the Portal) is a secure online tool that provides up-to-date, accurate information about suppliers’ history of compliance with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct (the Code).

Supplier information contained on the Portal is confidential and restricted to the sole use of and access by Queensland Government agencies and entities subject to the Queensland Government Procurement Policy.

Access

The Portal is accessible to all employees of Queensland Government agencies and entities subject to the Queensland Government Procurement Policy. Access is supported by:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari.

New users

To request access:

  1. Visit QGP Assurance Portal.
  2. Select 'Log in', located at the top, right-hand corner of the home page above the Resources section.
  3. Select Request Access.
  4. Complete all fields of the Request Access form using your government email address (e.g. name@agency.qld.gov.au) as your username.
  5. Wait to receive a ‘No reply’ email that contains a link to create your password.
  6. Set up your password using the link provided.

The link to create a password is time sensitive and expires after 15 minutes.

An ‘invalid token error’ means this link has expired. If this happens, go to the Portal’s login page and select 'Forgot your password?' to generate a new link.

All requests for access to the Portal are processed manually within 1 business day of receipt.

Existing users

To log in:

  1. Visit QGP Assurance Portal.
  2. Select 'Log in', located at the top, right-hand corner of the home page above the Resources section.

Remember to enter your government email address as your username then enter your password.

If you are an existing user and have never logged in, you will need to reset your password by selecting 'Forgot your password? on the login page.

Deactivating access

Email your request to deactivate user access to PAMSupport@epw.qld.gov.au.
