Summary

To provide principles and procedures for managing and resolving individual employee grievances.

This directive has been updated to support the Review of public sector employment laws. The review was commissioned by the government to ensure Queenslanders have the most responsive, consistent and reliable public service possible.

Changes terminology to individual employee grievance. Amends the current Managing employee complaints directive terminology.
Option to use alternative dispute resolution. Alternative dispute resolution not currently excluded but not an expected procedure.
