Employment Arrangements in the Event of a Health Pandemic (Directive 01/20)
Summary
This directive made under the Public Service Act 2008 continues to apply unless it is repealed or replaced under the Public Sector Act 2022. It only applies to public sector entities that it applied to prior to 1 March 2023.
To prescribe the specific employment conditions to apply in case of disruption caused by the occurrence of a health pandemic as defined at Section 8 of this directive.
