Queensland Shared Services (QSS) customers never worry about missing an email or finding the approved copy of that form. That’s because our customers submit finance, HR and system support requests in the QSS Self Service Centre. The centre provides a consistent customer experience, easy document retrieval and the convenience of electronic records management.
You can access the QSS Self Service Centre on the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any device. Log in using your government email address as your username. If you're unsure if you've registered for the Self Service Centre (and have forgotten your password) try to reset your password before trying to register again. If you need help, contact us.
Once you lodge a request, you'll receive an automated response with a unique job number. You can then view the status of your request on your home page.
Where a request cannot be lodged in the QSS Self Service Centre, you'll be directed to the QSS email address.
