Statutory Heads declarations of interest
As the head of a statutory body, you must fully disclose all your interests and the relevant interests of your partner and/or dependents (Declaration of Interests – Senior Executive Service and Equivalent Employees including Statutory Office Holders and section 40E of the Integrity Act 2009).
The declaration is to be provided to the relevant Chief Executive or in the case of a statutory head, to the appropriate Minister and/or Parliamentary Committee and the Integrity Commissioner.
What you have to declare
You are required to declare interests held by your partner and/or dependents that have a bearing, or may be perceived to have a bearing on you doing your job properly and impartially.

When you are appointed you are required to submit a Declaration of Interests within one month.
If your interests change at any time during the year, you must submit a “Variation to Interests” form.
