Why are my telecommunications requests taking longer than expected?

In the current situation, our telecommunications suppliers are sometimes taking longer than normal to fulfil our requests. This is because they’re prioritising requests from emergency services and healthcare providers.

A SIM card activation may take a day or two rather than a few hours, for example. Due to global demand, some phone devices may not be available. 

We are actioning requests as quickly as we can, but some delays are unavoidable. We appreciate your patience.
