What is the process for a JEMS evaluation of a non-SES role?

  1. Contact your HR team to learn whether a JEMS evaluation is appropriate for your situation.
  2. You provide supporting materials and/or arrange for the appropriate person (usually the role's supervisor) to attend an interview with a JEMS consultant.
  3. We then evaluate the position and email a detailed evaluation report to you.
  4. QSS invoices your agency monthly for job evaluations.
