Supervisors can view and assign courses in MyCareer for their employees and run reports on their team’s learning.

  1. Select My Team on the left-hand side of the home page.
  2. Select the Team Members tab.
  3. Select the drop-down field under the Keyword Search box.
  4. Select an employee’s name to view their profile.
  5. Select the Action button.
  6. Select Assign Course.
  7. Type the course name in the Select Course field.
  8. Select the course.
  9. Select the Assign button.
  10. For face-to-face courses, the employee will need to choose a session to attend.

Run a Training Matrix Report

The Training Matrix Report allows you to report on course completion rates based on a selected range of courses.

  1. Select Reports on the left-hand side of the home page.
  2. Select the My Reports to view saved reports.
  3. To create a new report, select Reports.
  4. Select Training Matrix Report.
  5. Select the Assignment rule field and select the training type.
  6. Select the Course field and select the course name—there will be prepopulated course names that can be removed.
  7. Select the Generate Report button.
  8. Select the Create Filter button to filter the results.
  9. Select the Submit button to apply the filter.
  10. Select the Export button to download the results.
  11. Select the Save My Reports to save this report type and filter.

Run a Learner Report

The Learner Report allows you to view the learning history for an individual learner. You can also utilise this report to view course section and session completion rates.

  1. Select Reports on the left-hand side of the home page.
  2. Select the My Reports to view saved reports.
  3. To create a new report, select Reports.
  4. Select Learner Report.
  5. Select the Create Filter button to filter the results.
  6. Select the View button to see an employee’s profile.
  7. Select the Export button to download the results.
  8. Select the Save My Reports to save this report type and filter.

Run a Course Status Report

The Course Status report outlines the current status of learners across all courses. Filters are available to drill down into a particular category or specific areas of the organisation.

  1. Select Reports on the left-hand side of the home page.
  2. Select the My Reports to view saved reports.
  3. To create a new report, select Reports.
  4. Select Course Status Report.
  5. Select the Create Filter button to filter the results.
  6. Select the Submit button to apply the filter.
  7. Select the blue hyperlinked numbers to view a breakdown of that data.
  8. Select the Export button to download the results.
  9. Select the Save My Reports to save this report type and filter.
