Ensure the GovNet directory service entry is up-to-date with appropriate keywords and referral information.
If you need to add or update service information, you should contact your agency's GovNet directory service and role administrator. For more information about updating the directory, contact our Client Solutions team on (07) 3006 2450 or email email@example.com.
We will work with your agency’s subject matter experts to prepare tailored service delivery content and training materials for our customer service advisors to deliver to your customers. We will maintain regular contact with you to ensure service information is accurate and up-to-date.
Customer service advisors are supported by our content management tool to deliver a consistent, accurate and responsive service to your customers.
Smart Service Queensland charges:
- a standard flat rate per minute for services delivered via QGSC
- a standard per hour rate or a negotiated flat rate for services delivered via QGAPs.
We will provide you with regular performance reporting and feedback of opportunities for service delivery improvements.
