You can prepare an ad that doesn't use the standard Queensland Government job ad template; however, if your ad is for the Courier Mail or Weekend Australian, you need to get approval from the Department of Premier and Cabinet to use your design.
If the ad is for a regional role and is only appearing in a regional paper, then you only need to get approvals from your agency.
If you do use a different banner, logo or photo, you must send this to QSS Recruitment as a JPG file.

QSS will create your ad from the information you provide in the Request to hire and the Media options forms. There is no blank template for you to complete; just fill in the form/s and QSS Recruitment will do the rest!
Sample ad for SEEK website.
Pricing for a 30-day posting on the SEEK website as of September 2018 is as follows:
- Regular job ad: $120.40 excl. GST + $25 excl. GST upload fee
- Branded upgrade job ad: $185.40 excl. GST + $25 excl. GST upload fee
- Premium job ad: Rate to be quoted at time of booking
