QSS Self Service Centre

Queensland Shared Services (QSS) customers never worry about missing an email or finding the approved copy of that form. That’s because our customers submit finance, HR and system support requests in the QSS Self Service Centre. The centre provides a consistent customer experience, easy document retrieval and the convenience of electronic records management.

You can access the QSS Self Service Centre on the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any device. Where a request cannot be lodged in the centre, you will be directed to the QSS email address. Once you lodge a request, you will receive an automated response with a unique job number. You can then view the status of your request on your home page.

The QSS Self Service Centre is changing.

With a new Simple Clean Design, forms for all agencies can be found under the 'Search for a Form' menu.

Reset a password, Get IT help, or report a system problem from the 'System Support' menu.

Send your completed forms to QSS for processing or use one of the two search bars, to find forms and other information.

Some request types have been combined to the one form; like submitting an enquiry and reporting a problem.

Other functions remain the same, just with a new look and feel.

Track submitted forms easily from the homepage, whether the jobs are open or closed.

The knowledge centre is also at the bottom of the home page.

Contact information has been streamlined to the one place.

These changes will take effect from Monday, 5 June 2017.

Log in using your government email address as your username. You may already be registered so try to reset your password before registering. If you need help, contact our Service Desk on (07) 3222 2400 or use the help menu in the centre.
