Section 2 of the Office Accommodation Management Framework (OAMF) identifies the 4 key office accommodation management processes and establishes the relationship between these processes. It provides a basis for:
- delivering suitable, timely and cost-effective office accommodation to government agencies
- developing strategies to maximise whole-of-government benefits.
The purpose of Section 2 is to describe the processes and procedures involved in planning, acquiring, fitting out,and occupying government office accommodation in accordance with government policy and best practice.
