Our achievements this year include:

  • Supported disaster recovery (>49,000 flood payments and >900 timesheets processed).
  • Real-time upload of establishment data to My.Appointment and Springboard.
  • Migration of appointment letters to Springboard and new questionnaire to help identify appropriate candidates.
  • Implemented 7 finance and 11 payroll transitions to support departmental machinery of government changes.
