To support inclusive workplaces, the Queensland public sector’s LGBTIQ+ Steering Committee is partnering with the Public Service Commission to sponsor employees in small agencies (500 or less employees) to complete the Queensland Human Rights Commission’s online diversity and inclusion training.

The Queensland public sector is committed to creating a diverse workforce, representative of the community we serve, and workplaces where everyone feels safe, respected and included.

To help raise awareness and build sector capability about diverse and inclusive workplaces, 600 employees from small agencies and statutory authorities are sponsored to complete the Queensland Human Rights Commission’s online diversity and inclusion training. Participants will have 12 months to complete the training.
