NeuroLeadership Institute Masterclass: The neuroscience of inclusive and hybrid leadership

As part of the Queensland Public Sector Development Series for 2023, the Public Service Commission is pleased to once again partner with the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI) to offer an exciting series of neuroscience-based leadership development masterclasses.

This masterclass will:

• explore the habits that we can use every day to drive collaborative and inclusive conversations regardless of our place of work;
• explore how breaking bias at its source builds adaptability, creates more flexibility, and helps us to make better decisions when it matters most; and
• provide language and tools to understand how we can develop a mindset to improve inclusion while supporting flexible work.
