Understanding and learning to manage conflict allows leaders to navigate it more effectively and reinforces the notion that positive solutions are possible.
This session, led by associate professor of Management at Melbourne Business School, Jen Overbeck, will deepen your insight into the psychology of conflict and refine your strategies for managing interactions more effectively.
Participants will better understand the psychology of conflict, gain insight into the “shadow negotiation”, and build skills for managing the interactions itself.
