People Matters Townsville (in-person): 18, 19 March and 2 May 2024
18th Mar 2024Enhance your leadership skills, grow in confidence, and communicate with clarity.
IPAA Queensland’s annual and hugely popular signature event, the Chief Executives and Young Professionals Breakfast is returning to City Hall in May 2022.
The practice of neuroleadership has never been more relevant than in today’s environment of disruption and uncertainty as change profoundly challenges our brains. This year’s theme will explore the power of brain science for making better leaders and creating more human workplaces.
IPAA Queensland is delighted to announce that Dr David Rock, Founder and CEO of the Neuroleadership Institute, will be our keynote speaker!
Joining David will be speakers from Brisbane City Council and Queensland Rail who will discuss how their organisations are successfully using neuroscience.
This renowned event provides a perfect opportunity for chief and senior executives from across the QLD public purpose sector to invest in the talent of the future and recognise young professionals in their organisation. Chief Executives are invited to host a table (10 places) of young professionals - young or emerging leaders, those new to public service, or in the early stages of their public purpose career. The event is a fantastic opportunity for YPs to engage with senior leaders, share ideas and build their professional networks.
