MOHRI collection dates

A snapshot (the last full pay fortnight in each quarter) is undertaken each quarter for agencies to extract MOHRI data.  Agencies may need to extract data closer to the due date to allow for pay adjustments.

If an agency feels that the designated snapshot would not portray a true reflection of employee numbers (e.g. school holidays), that agency should approach the Public Service Commission (PSC) to request a variation in snapshot date for that quarter. The approach should include reasons for the proposed variation and an alternative date as close as practicable to the original.

Each quarter is defined as:

1 = 1 January to 31 March
2 = 1 April to 30 June
3 = 1 July to 30 September
4 = 1 October to 31 December

This information should also be supplied at the time of the data submission:

  • Agency
  • Agency contact name, phone and e-mail address
  • Any known data discrepancies or peculiarities
  • Annual and/or Quarterly FTE variations/comment
  • HR Director approval of the Quality Audit Reports
