Roadside assistance

All QFleet vehicles are covered by RACQ Roadside Assistance (24 hours a day) for mechanical failure.

In case of a breakdown:

1. Call 1800 648 058—this is the designated RACQ Roadside Assistance phone number for QFleet vehicles.
2. Quote your vehicle's registration number.
3. Identify yourself as driving a QFleet vehicle.

RACQ Roadside Assistance will arrange towing for a mechanical breakdown, including misfuelling, however, the department may be recharged for the tow cost dependent on the circumstances.

Towing after an incident is not covered by RACQ Roadside Assistance. The insurance company needs to be called (Vero 1300 888 073) and a claim lodged. The towing company requires an insurance claim number before approval to engage the tow.
