Five distributed work centres (DWCs) are available:

Cannon Hill

The newest and largest DWC is located at Cannon Hill in Brisbane’s eastern suburbs. The DWC is located in a modern building with good onsite facilities, conveniently near cafes, shops, hotels, a gym and day-care centres.

The Cannon Hill DWC has introduced activity zones, giving participants a choice of workstyles with the design concept intended to feel like a blend of work from home and work from office work styles.

The DWC includes:

  • 110 workstations
  • free and fast wi-fi
  • multi-function device for printing

The convenient location offers easy access to public transport including both rail and bus connections.

The Cannon Hill DWC is located at level 1/19 Corporate Drive Cannon Hill.

Meadowbrook, Logan

The Logan DWC is a modern office building with good amenities. It has:

  • 33 workstations
  • open plan fit out
  • kitchen facilities
  • easy ground floor access by secure card
  • free Wi-Fi.

Parking is not provided in the building.

Meadowbrook Campus Business Park, 17-19 University Drive Meadowbrook

Ipswich

The Ipswich DWC is located on level 5 of the modern, award-winning Icon Building, which has:

  • 60 workstations
  • open plan fit out
  • great natural light
  • winter room and other collaboration spaces
  • extensive kitchen, lunchroom and cafe spaces
  • access by secure card
  • end-of-trip-facilities
  • free wi-fi.

Transport and parking

The end-of-trip facilities include showers, change rooms, and bicycle storage.

There is no parking available in the building; however, all-day parking options are available nearby.

Location

Icon Building, 117 Brisbane St, Ipswich

Robina, Gold Coast

The Eastside building is a modern building conveniently located 5 minutes walk to Robina Transit Hub and close to Robina Shopping Centre.

The building has:

  • 20 workstations
  • open plan fit out
  • break-out space in the shared kitchen/lunchroom
  • access by secure card
  • free Wi-Fi.

Level 3, Eastside Building, 232 Town-Centre Drive, Robina

Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast

Located in the award-winning Mike Ahern Centre, which has:

  • 51 workstations
  • open plan fit out
  • quiet rooms and breakout spaces
  • large, modern communal kitchen
  • access by secure card
  • rooftop recreation space
  • end-of-trip facilities
  • free Wi-Fi.

Transport and parking

The end-of-trip facilities include showers, change rooms, and bicycle storage.

Limited parking is available at the back of the building.
