About Google Analytics 360
Google Analytics 360 (GA360) is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports on website traffic. It is a powerful product that allow you and your team to extract actionable insights from your data.
Google explains that the system 'helps you analyse visitor traffic and paint a complete picture of your audience and their needs, wherever they are along the path of a purchase'.
GA360 can also:
- provide detailed statistics about activity on a website
- tell you what your customers are doing (e.g. watching videos, visiting what pages, downloading what files)
- inform you about your customers (e.g. users age, gender, location, device used to view your website).

Although GA360 is a powerful analytics tool, its data should be considered to be indicative rather than definitive of customer behavior. It is recommended that server-side methods are used for capturing traditional statistics to correlate GA360 data before making decisions.
